Obviously, to win the game, you’d like your offense to score and to be able to move the ball. Just remember, you don’t have to score on every play. It’s great when that happens, but it’s more impressive to be able to maintain long scoring drives.
The first thing you should do is learn the various Offensive Plays available to you, and get an idea of how each attacks the defense. Then learn the formations and passing routes to tweak your plays even better.
Also pay attention to their defensive sets, and find their weaknesses. If your opponent keeps calling zone defense, then learn how to attack the zone.
