PSF lets you configure several facets of your game-play, including options which will allow you to play a much faster game (maybe you’re at lunch).
SHOW ANIMATION
The animation’s fun to watch, but for a faster game, turn this off. Don’t fret, though. Even with animation off, you can still watch a replay of any play by clicking on the REPLAY button.
SHOW RESULTS SCREEN
This is a VERY useful screen, but if you want to save a little time between plays, turn it off. We do recommend that you turn on at least this or animation. The power of this screen
is that it shows what the offense and defense called.
SHOW BALL MARKER
Easier to locate the ball carrier. Leave this on. A small arrow appears above the man with the ball, pointing in the direction his team’s moving.
MUSIC / SOUND
Sound effects are during animation. Music plays continuously. Turn it off if you’d rather listen to your own music.
WARN IF CALLING NON-KICK ON FOURTH DOWN
This option warns you, in case you didn’t REALLY mean to run on fourth down. Much more useful than you might think!
CHANGE CLOCK COLOR
If you want to see at a glance whether the clock is running, turn this option on. The clock will be white if it’s running, yellow for paused, and red to indicate it’s stopped. If you turn this option off, the clock will also be yellow.
